Our Wines
Our vineyards are located in the Grinava area, between Limbach and Svaty Jur. They are situated on the southeastern side with sandy-loamy soil, which ensures good water drainage, low evaporation, and excellent ripening. This provides healthy grapes for our wines.
Grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, selecting only healthy clusters and the specific varietal. For varietal wines, this ensures over 96% quality. Harvesting occurs when sugar and acid levels are optimal, ensuring both taste and long-term stability.
